Why am I redirected to United Healthcare when I log on?
If you are being redirected to United Healthcare, your NCCN Compendium subscription has expired and needs to be updated. If you do not wish to use the NCCN Compendium and would like the tag removed from your account, please contact a ticket. To update your subscription please follow the steps below and refer to the attached example.
-
Go to https://www.uhcprovider.com/en/resource-library.html
-
Scroll down to Cancer Care Resource. Click on NCCN Drugs & Biologics Compendium – Free Access. When you click on that link it takes you here to sign in: https://identity.onehealthcareid.com/oneapp/index.html#/login
- Sign in with your One Healthcare ID.
-
If you do not have a One Healthcare ID, follow the instructions on the “New User” page.
- After successfully signing in, you will have access to the “NCCN Drugs & Biologics Compendium – Free Access” page. If you are not automatically directed to this page after signing in, repeat steps 1 & 2.
- Click the NCCN Compendium Website link located in the middle of the page.
- Once at NCCN.org, log in (if you already have a log in and password).
-
After you are logged in, proceed to the NCCN Compendium page. From there, you can log in to NCCN.org for free access. Free access to the Compendium is provided as a service of UnitedHealthcare.
-
It will only be necessary to access the Compendium through UHCprovider.com once a year, at the anniversary of your registration. The process described above allows www.NCCN.org to recognize that you are entitled to free access through UnitedHealthcare.
